Method Of Payment For Internet Orders
On Internet orders, Spick n Clean Products Pty Ltd accepts payment by credit cards. Spick n Clean Products Pty Ltd accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express. If you wish to pay by a different method, please call 61 2 97710737 to place an order and inquire about alternate payment methods. We do not accept COD orders.
Sales Information
Please provide all information requested in the order form. Order information is provided to us through a secure, encrypted transmission {https://www.spicknclean.com.au}. We need your name, credit card number and expiration date, billing address for the credit card, shipping address (if different from the billing address), phone number and e-mail address. We need your phone number and e-mail address so that we may contact you if there is a problem with your order. When placing an order, you verify that all information submitted by you is true and correct, that you are at least 18 years of age and that you possess the legal authority to enter into your purchase agreement and to use this web site in accordance with these terms. You agree to be financially responsible for your purchases through the web site. Verification of your information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
Order Confirmation And Acceptance
You normally will receive an acknowledgment after our receipt of your order. This acknowledgment does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. We will then confirm your credit card information with your credit card company. If there are no problems with your information, we will then send you an e-mail that your order is being processed and notify you that your credit card is being debited. At this time, we will attempt to inform you of an expected shipment date, if possible. If, however, there are problems with your information or your credit card company is unable to verify any of your information, we are unfortunately unable to correct most of these problems and you will need to contact your credit card company to correct such information. Spick n Clean Products Pty Ltd reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any item or cancel an order.
Order Delivery Time
Most orders are shipped within 1 business day after receipt of your credit card confirmation. Some delay, however, may be unavoidable due to product unavailability, force majeure, or Acts of God. Also, please allow additional time for orders placed during the holidays or weekends.
Credits
Any credits left on your account can be used toward a future order. At your request, we will issue a credit to your credit card account.
Back Orders
Spick n Clean Products Pty Ltd strives to keep its products in stock. However, due to unusual buying patterns or other circumstances, situations may occur where certain products may not be available. If the product is temporarily out of stock, we will honour the price at the time of your order. If the item is sold out, we will contact you and offer alternative product. We appreciate your business and understanding. We will deliver any out-of-stock merchandise when such merchandise becomes available unless you specify that you do not want an item backordered.
However, we only charge for shipping once per order and will not charge any additional shipping on backorders. You may cancel your backorders at any time.
International Orders
From this web site, Spick n Clean Products Pty Ltd will only accept orders for delivery in Australia. We will not accept orders from outside Australia. Please call 61 2 97710737 if you wish to place an order for delivery outside Australia.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. Spick n Clean Products Pty Ltd reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer.

Return Of Items
To return ant items purchased, please call 61 2 97710737 and explain the reason that you are not satisfied. We will give you instructions on how to return the product. When Spick n Clean Products Pty Ltd receives the product, it will be assessed and we will then either replace the product or credit your account or your credit card, whichever is appropriate.
